Thursday, March 25
Among the first rank of Texas-Songwriters, Bruce's craft is admired by his peers and his creations have been covered by a variety of artists including Garth Brooks, Lee Ann Womack, Gary Allan, wife Kelly Willis, and brother Charlie Robison. Additionally Tim McGraw ("Angry All The Time"), The Dixie Chicks ("Travelin' Soldier"), and George Strait ("Wrapped") each achieved #1 status for their versions of his songs. Bruce Robison doesn’t require introductions anymore. He’s made himself heard in the hearts of people across the country.

THE HOLMES BROTHERS
Saturday, May 1
Over the course of their 30-plus year career, The Holmes Brothers (bassist/vocalist Sherman Holmes, guitarist/pianist/vocalist Wendell Holmes, drummer/vocalist and brother-in-spirit Popsy Dixon) have been feeding the souls of their devoted and ever-growing fanbase with a joyous and moving blend of blues, gospel, soul, R&B, rock ‘n’ roll and country. Their amazing three-part harmony singing, mixing Wendell’s gruff and gravelly vocals with Popsy’s soaring falsetto and Sherman’s rich baritone brings the soul and spirit of gospel music into everything they perform.
CARRIE RODRIGUEZ and JIM LAUDERDALE
Tim Easton opening
Saturday, May 15
After three critically acclaimed duo albums with songwriting legend Chip Taylor, Carrie Rodriguez burst out as a solo artist with 2006’s Seven Angels On A Bicycle (Trainwreck/ Back Porch) album. She followed that up in 2008 with She Ain’t Me produced by Malcolm Burn (Emmylou Harris, etc), winning The Roots Music Association Award for Songwriter of the Year as a result. Late in 2009, Live in Louisville was self released - it was recorded while she was on the road opening for Lucinda Williams in 2007.  In April 2010, Opus Music will release her new studio recording – look for Carrie to preview songs from it with guitarist Hans Holzen on this tour.

Two-time Grammy award winner Jim Lauderdale is a multi-talented performer and songwriter, with successes in both country and bluegrass music. His roots stem from the Carolinas, yet his career has taken him all over the United States and abroad, making him an international recording artist with an ever-growing fan base. He has hosted the Americana Music Awards for the past seven years and won their first Artist of the Year and Song of the Year awards. He is among Nashville's "A" list of songwriters, with songs recorded by artists such as Patty Loveless, Dixie Chicks, Mark Chestnut, Vince Gill and George Strait.

GREG BROWN
Saturday, June 5
Greg Brown's songwriting has been lauded by many, and his songs have been performed by Willie Nelson, Carlos Santana, Michael Johnson, Shawn Colvin, and Mary Chapin Carpenter. He has also recorded more than a dozen albums, including his 1986 release, Songs of Innocence and of Experience, when he put aside his own songwriting to set poems of William Blake to music. One Big Town, recorded in 1989, earned Brown three and a half stars in Rolling Stone, chart-topping status in AAA and The Gavin Report's Americana rankings and Brown's first Indie Award from NAIRD (National Association of Independent Record Distributors). The Poet Game, his 1994 CD, received another Indie award from NAIRD. His critically acclaimed 1996 release, Further In, was a finalist for the same award. Rolling Stone's four-star review of Further In called Brown "a wickedly sharp observer of the human condition." 1997's Slant 6 Mind (Red House Records) earned Brown his second Grammy nomination. His latest CD, One Night (Red House), is a re-release of a 1983 live performance originally on Minneapolis' Coffeehouse Extemporé Records.
