CIVIC CENTER’S JULIA DUVALL TAPPED FOR PROMOTION
The Civic Center of Greater Des Moines names new Ticket Office Director
DES MOINES, Iowa – The Civic Center of Greater Des Moines announced Julia Duvall has been promoted to the position of Ticket Office Director. In her new position, Ms. Duvall will oversee the operations of the Civic Center’s ticket office. She will be directly responsible for leading development of retention and growth strategies, policies and procedures, and training.
Ms. Duvall, a Mason City native, most recently held the position of Ticket Office Staffing Manager and has been with the Civic Center since 2007. She graduated from Wartburg College with a B.A. in English and Secondary Education. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, yoga, going for walks, and reading.

of presenting the performing arts to Iowa and the surrounding states.
