CONCESSIONS
Please enjoy bottled water only in the Main Hall. Mobile water stations are located at the bottom of the lobby stairs before and during performances. Coffee, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages and snacks may be purchased in the East and West concession stands before a performance and during intermission. Please enjoy these in the lobby areas.
FIRST AID
Facilities for guests needing medical assistance are provided by Mercy Medical Center and located in the Guest Services Center, across from the Stoner Studio Theater. AED units are also available. Please contact the house staff if you need assistance.
LOST AND FOUND
Lost items may be reported or claimed at the West Lobby Coat Check area during an event. After an event, please contact our Guest Services Office or call (515) 246-2300. Lost and found items are kept for 30 days.
PATRON CIRCLE LOUNGE
Patrol Level Civic Center Members may enjoy complimentary cocktails and refreshments with your guests prior to curtain and during intermission at most Civic Center presentations.
SERVICES
ATM You may utilize ATM services for cash before a performance and during intermission at the Ticket Office window.
Binoculars
To enhance your viewing of performance, binoculars are available for rent at the West and East Lobby Coat Check stands for $5.
Booster Seats
A limited number of child booster seats are available for complimentary check out at the coat check areas.
Coat Check Services
The East and West Lobby coat checks are open before curtain time, during intermission and after a performance.
SPECIAL NEEDS
Braille and Large Print Programs A program to all Broadway shows is available in Braille and in Large Print at our West Lobby Coat Check stand for no charge.
Hearing Devices
The Civic Center is equipped with an infrared listening system, which is available at no charge at the West and East Lobby concession stands. The number of devices are limited. To reserved a hearing device call (515) 246-2300.
Interpreted Performances
The Civic Center offers American Sign Language interpreted performances for most Broadway productions. Call the Ticket Office for specific performance dates which will be interpreted.
Seating
Seating is available for all performances for guests with special needs (i.e. Wheelchair transferable, wheelchair non-transferable, motorized wheelchair, motorized cart, trouble climbing stairs, and sight impairment). Please call the Civic Center Ticket Office at (515) 246-2300 to order tickets and indicate your special needs. If you have any concerns please contact the Chief Operating Officer at (515) 246-2300. The Civic Center has wheelchairs available to assist guests with mobility concerns. House staff may be contacted to assist.
