How to become a Civic Center Member
TO RENEW A CURRENT CIVIC CENTER MEMBERSHIP
*Current Members do not need to sign up for a Civic Center MyAccount, one has already been created for you.
Step 1:
From the Civic Center home page, log into MyAccount with your current Membership Account ID or Email Address as well as your Password (pin#).
Step 2:
Don’t know your Membership Account ID or Password? Contact the Civic Center of Greater Des Moines Member Line at (515) 246-2300 between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday - Friday.
Step 3:
Once in your Civic Center MyAccount, click on the ‘Donate Now’ button to renew your membership.
TO BECOME A NEW CIVIC CENTER MEMBER
Step 1:
From the Civic Center home page, click on ‘Become a Member today!’ Select the ‘Become A Member Now’ link to be taken to the MyAccount log in. Enter your email address under ‘Don’t have a Civic Center MyAccount?’ to become a Member and set up your profile.
Step 2:
Fill in all required fields on the subsequent screen to personalize your account.
Step 3:
When you are redirected to the Civic Center home page, log back into MyAccount with your email address and password, which you just created in Step 2.
Step 4:
Once in your new Civic Center MyAccount, click on the ‘Donate Now’ button to make your membership donation.
Step 5:
Then click on ‘Become a Member!’
