When you bring a group to the Civic Center, you will enjoy these benefits:

• Priority Seating:  You will have the chance to reserve tickets before they go on sale to the general public.
  
   

• Special Accommodations:  Infrared hearing devices are available free of charge.
  
   

• Additional Offerings:  Meeting rooms are available for gatherings, dinner, and parties before or after a performance. You will need to call and reserve these rooms in advance.
  
   

• Convenience:  The Civic Center is centrally located in the downtown district, which is close to restaurants, hotels and other attractions.

PROMOTIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS

The Civic Center of Greater Des Moines will provide group leaders with a number of promotional materials such as brochures and posters to help you promote your theater outing. Groups can also take advantage of educational programs and study guides for specific shows.

By purchasing group tickets to Civic Center of Greater Des Moines' events, you agree that you represent and warrant that the tickets you receive will not be resold to individuals above the face value unless you meet all of the following conditions: (i) you are a tour operator, authorized concierge service company, travel agent or other authorized travel industry partner that (ii) you package the tickets with hotel reservations, transportation arrangements or other travel ammenities and (iii) such package shall include substantial value to each individual purchaser above and beyond the rights and access provided by the ticket to the event. The Civic Center of Greater Des Moines reserves the right to refuse service to any entity that resells our tickets for profit in the secondary marketplace, and to cancel any tickets sold by group purchasers to individuals in violation of this agreement without compensation.
