Join Captain James T. Kirk and Vulcan science officer Spock for an out of this world, interactive adventure. The audience, taking on the role of Starfleet Academy cadets, must come to the rescue when the U.S.S. Enterprise and Earth are attacked by alien forces. Cadets will have to quickly learn the intricacies of living and working in space, modern space travel, and the latest in communication and technology to set things right before it is too late! A combination of cutting-edge special effects, unmatched audience interaction, and cool science make this an exhilarating and unforgettable theatrical experience.

FIELD TRIP COLLABORATION: Iowa Skies Tonight Program at the Science Center of Iowa
Experience IOWA SKIES TONIGHT at the Science Center of Iowa before or after the performance. Introduce your students to the wonders of the night sky in this live Star Theater planetarium program. Explore constellations, learn how the ancient Greeks imagined characters from their mythologies in the stars, and discover some of our neighbors in the Solar System. In addition to the program, students and teachers will have the opportunity to explore the Science Center’s other exciting hands-on exhibits.
